Triangle Recruitment Information

Triangle at UCI practices year-round recruiting.

This means that we are not only looking for new members during the offical rush weeks at the start of each quarter, but every day of the year. We believe that this strategy is both the most effective for recruitment and the best for our potential new members - who have the opportunity to get to know Triangle far more thoroughly than is possible in a two week 'rush'.

To facilitate year-round recruiting, we hold regular Brotherhood events that are open to potential members, so you can come along, hang out and work out for yourself if Triangle is for you. Our Executive Board and our Human Resources Chairs, not to mention all our other active members are always willing to arrange a meeting, talk over the phone or chat through email to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have about Triangle.
